Personal CFO · Nigeria

The desk between your salary and the trade.

Ezeme is a private system for one investor. It watches cash flow in naira, keeps a long-term book apart from a short-term sleeve, and will not place an order you have not signed.

  1. 01

    Bank

Income, bills, and leaks. Open Banking, never a stored password.

  2. 02

    Surplus

Cash on hand is not money you can invest. Essentials and the reserve come off first.

  3. 03

    Core

Most of the book. Broad funds and long-term names. Reviewed when the thesis breaks, not on a stop.

  4. 04

    Satellite

A smaller sleeve for shorter trades, with a hard loss limit and a time exit.

  5. 05

    Approval

The model writes the reason. You press approve. Nothing moves on its own.

Two books

Long-term money and short-term money do not share a stop.

Core · 80–90%

Held

Broad funds, Nigerian names you mean to own, and international holdings. The exit is a broken thesis, not a red candle. New surplus lands here first when the book is under its target.

Satellite · 10–20%

Traded

A capped sleeve. One percent risk per idea, a daily loss limit, and a clock. Crypto sits beside it, spot only, and does not borrow the equity book’s room.

The rule

Intelligence proposes. Limits dispose.

  • 01 It will not invent a price, a filing, or a naira balance.
  • 02 It will not move money without an approval for that exact amount.
  • 03 It will not trade the long-term book with a stop-loss.
  • 04 It will not treat Binance as a naira on-ramp.
  • 05 It will not start as a bot. Paper first, then a human signature.
